I've used this recipe before, but had misplaced it, so went on the web and found your entry.  Thank you!!  We love this dish, as does everyone I serve it to. I'm cooking dinner for my (grown up) kids tomorrow night and wanted to use it then. I'll serve it with steamed basmati rice, and steamed baby bok choy.  Yummmmm!</description>
